Whether you’re a client looking to book a haircut or a stylist joining our platform, this page has answers to the most common questions about Clipprs. How does the booking process work?
The booking process is easy. First, you choose one of the 5 categories. Second, select the business, then you select the service you’re after. You’ll then need to select the date, staff member, and time you want for the booking (subject to availability).
Can I choose my preferred hairstylist/barber?
Yes, during the booking process you are given an option to select your favourite stylist from the business. You will then see their availability.
What services are offered through the app?
Barbers, hair stylists, and install services including wigs and eyelashes are available through the app. As we grow and expand, more options will become available.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Depends how popular the business is. We would recommend booking as soon as you know you need that particular service. It’s never too early!

What payment methods are accepted?
Clipprs app supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as all major credit and debit cards. There is also an option to pay by cash with the businesses once you have completed your service
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Rescheduling is possible but you cannot reschedule an appointment that is due to begin in the next 1 hour.
Is there a Cancellation Fee?
Depends when you cancel. Businesses have a free cancellation period up to 24, 48, or 72 hours before the booking starts. Cancellations after the free period will be charged. There is also a ‘No-Show’ fee if you do not attend your booking without cancelling.
Is there a waitlist option if my preferred time slot is unavailable?
Unfortunately there is no waitlist option. Once it’s booked, it’s booked. You gotta be quick!
How do I provide feedback or report issues with my appointment?
Once you have completed your booking you are able to leave a review and rating for your service. For serious issues you can report it to us via the app or website.
